Do not worry: Slight hemolysis is due to the technique of the person drawing your blood. It is not because any thing is wrong with you. There is absolutely no reason worry due to this statement. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. You will be happier if you take time for rest, play, friends and family. When you are at work give it 100%, but when you leave let it go.
