I've have done self manipulation of my neck for 15 years now. Now my bones in my neck make a crunching grinding noise with movement &i'm always dizzy?

There a chicken bone stuck in my neck i try my self but i could not remove that what should I do ?
What about the person's neck just needing to be adjusted by a chiropractor-this could simply be a bone out of place?
Cracking the neck: Is a trick that makes millions for the chiropractors and has no physiologic function. The slight temporary relief from any stretching is fleeting and very habit forming. Find something better to do. If you are truly arthritic try over the door cervical traction and NSAIDs. Ice for acute problems.
