Hard to say...: Performing fellatio (oral-penile contact) sometimes results in sore throat -- old research (1970s), in which the exact cause couldn't be found. It's apparently not an STD. It doesn't appear to be harmful. In any case, it probably isn't from semen, and performing oral on you probably won't help and won't hurt.
