Everytime i shower, sweat, wash my hair or face i break out and itch bad even at the beach . After i dry off it stops in about 20 min. What is it?

Some: It depends on how tight you pull it back, the type of hair device you use & the health of your hair. Pulling too tight can pull hair out at the root. Using a rubber band or something that sticks to the hair can break the hair shaft with friction especially if you lay on it. Dry or over-processed hair is more susceptable to both.
