Check environment: I'm guessing something is present in your bedroom you are sensitive to. Start by doing a 'mega-cleaning' to your bedroom. Get rid of things that trap dust, cover your mattress and pillows with a completely enclosed vinyl casing before the linens go on, and make sure you wash bedding at least twice weekly.
