Severl possibilities: IF you can give us more information. In brief though muscles can go into spasm and feel tight. Causes of this are repetitive stress injury, tendonitis, radiculopathy, vitamin deficiency to name a few. Not sure why your: temperature is low, but sometimes a viral infection can cause relative hypothermia. Your symptoms certainly point towards either some hormonal imbalance (thyroid or cortisol) or early infection. Check your core temperature (rectal or oral) and see if it is different.
