Easiest?: There is not a great option for removing cellulite. There are treatments that help Exilis, Liposuction, etc. Cellulite is caused by fibrous bands connecting skin to deeper tissues. Disrupting those bands helps, as does decreasing the fatty tissues in the area removing some of the tension on the bands. Even with these treatments there is no best answer. Hard question: Honestly, we don't have great treatments for either cellulite or stretch marks. Retin-a cream can help stretch marks a little. Certain new laser treatments can help stretch marks and cellulite (different lasers). But most of the products & creams you see offered for sale are pretty much worthless.
