Raynaud's can cause a vasospasm of the arteries reducing blood flow. In about 40 percent of people who have Raynaud's, it affects the feet/toes. It is relatively benign. Even compression: If your hose is even and proper uniform compression, it should not cut off circulation. In my experience, blood pooling seems to cause cooler temperature sensations. The extra water in the tissues sucks up some of your heat. ...Read more
