I've heard that excercising and stretching and stuff can make your period flow heavier. Is this true?
Not unless on cycle: Menstrual blood accumulates in the vagina during a period if a tampon is not in place. If you stretch and exercise your contracting muscles will "push out" any accumulated vaginal blood making it seem that your period is temporarily heavier.
