Hello. : Hello. It isn't healthy not to drink. Might want to cut down on things which will act like a diuretic like coffee or tea. There are many reasons for possible symptoms. Did your doctor check a fasting glucose level on you as sometimes people with diabetes feel thirsty and urinate more often. I don't know if you are having your period regularly. If not and the first pregnancy test was before or right at the time of a missed period, may wish to wait 7 days after a missed period and then retake the pregnancy test. I hope this might be helpful. I : I am glad that you saw your gynecologist for an evaluation. The pressure of the uterus can cause increased urination, so that is a possibility as the baby grows. But I am very glad you had your urine tested. Changing the soap is a good idea. You could try mild sitz baths to see if it helps your symptoms. Avoid any bubble bath. Urethral syndrome?: Some urinary tract infections in women are limited to the urethra (urine passage). Often there are few white blood cells and tests for WBC may be negative; and if a culture is done, only a small number of bacteria are found, less than with most UTIs. Possible UTI: Frequent urination, pressure over the bladder and flank pain can all be associated with urinary tract infection. Best to see your doctor, since the flank pain can be a sign of ascending infection ( bladder infection heading toward the kidney). Your doctor can treat appropriately. ...Read more

Other cause?: Your physician has access to the urinalysis and culture, but I am thinking of other possible causes, from early interstitial cystitis to a infection of the urethra by an organism such as chlamydia.
