Hello. : Hello. It isn't healthy not to drink. Might want to cut down on things which will act like a diuretic like coffee or tea. There are many reasons for possible symptoms. Did your doctor check a fasting glucose level on you as sometimes people with diabetes feel thirsty and urinate more often. I don't know if you are having your period regularly.
