Hello. : Hello. It isn't healthy not to drink. Might want to cut down on things which will act like a diuretic like coffee or tea. There are many reasons for possible symptoms. If not and the first pregnancy test was before or right at the time of a missed period, may wish to wait 7 days after a missed period and then retake the pregnancy test. I hope this might be helpful. Take care. ...Read more

But I am very glad you had your urine tested. Changing the soap is a good idea. You could try mild sitz baths to see if it helps your symptoms. Avoid any bubble bath. Also cotton underwear can be helpful, instead of nylon. ...Read more

Urethral syndrome?: Some urinary tract infections in women are limited to the urethra (urine passage). Often there are few white blood cells and tests for WBC may be negative; and if a culture is done, only a small number of bacteria are found, less than with most UTIs. Or it might be some sort of non-infectious cystitis. Ask your doctor about it, or see an infectious diseases specialist or urologist. Good luck! ...Read more
