Why?: It's normal for a young woman to have fat on her thighs despite what you might see in magazines. If you are overweight of course then exercise and diet to loose weight will help. But you can't "spot" reduce; that is you can't lose fat from just one area of your body. Check out the women in your family; where you carry weight might be a genetic issue. You are already at a: Reasonable weight for your height with a bmi about 23. Not sure what weight you are aiming for or why. However, it depends on how fast you are running, whether level or hills etc. If i assume running at 6 mph you would take 20 minutes to run 2 miles (approx 4 km) and would burn about 300 calories. Don't use it: Garcinia cambogia is in most weight loss supplements, and can cause liver failure.It was also used in Hydroxycut which was taken off the market as people died from using it.
