No: The internet is full of stories about people treating their acne with vinegar, squeezed lemons, baking egg white onto their faces, and sleeping smeared with honey. This stuff is unworthy of someone who lives in the 21st century and i suspect some of the postings are cruel pranks. Scientific Rx: The "cleanser / cream / vitamin" combination won't help. Benzoyl peroxide over the counter is a good start but you'll almost certainly want to get with your physician. With the blackheads / comedones, a retinoic acid derivative topically might be a good start, and possibly topical clindamycin.
