You need help: Well you probably need some good help as that is not easy. I happen to advocate hypnosis as it is something I do and have seen it help a good bit. Medications can help. Books might help but i think it is better to get someone to help you as it is tough to fight such problems by yourself. ...Read more

Went to beach today, ate bfast and wet myself in water , 90 degrees slight humid felt very fatigued and like I would pass out is that normal or anxiety ? I get panic attacks but not sure why today. Am 37 female

More eval needed: There is probably another explanation. This doesn't sound like a panic attack, but since you have panic at times, and because you raise the question, i suggest you sort this out further with a mental health expert. (there is effective treatment). And, if abrupt fatigue & feeling like passing out continues to occur, a physical assessment is also warranted. ...Read more
