Yes can be repaired: U should see an orthopod who'll examine and investigate as necessary, to determine whether the pain is from the nerve injury or the fx, etc. The nerve if severed can certainly be repaired, probably afetr removing scar tissue, or if there is a neuroma ( nerve tumor) it can be removed as well, to reduce the pain.
