Strokes are really a lack of oxygen to areas of the brain; the severity and location of which are the main indicators of the symptoms and signs one would have. Probably ok: If alcohol is important to you, you are probably ok at this point to have a drink- a drink. Notice i did not say drinks. Light therapy is: used to treat depression. Full spectrum lighting is used to boost mood. Regular lights won't do it. Sleep disorder can be diagnosed in a sleep lab, usually connected to a hospital.
