Have a microprolactinoma and taking 5mg bromocriptine everyday. Trying to conceive, nothing yet. How can I improve my chances with the condition?

More information: Parlobel and bromergon are the same medication, each a brand name of bromocriptine, which blocks release of the hormone prolactin, the main hormone inducing milk production. I would like to know the differences between dostinex and parlodel. (for high prolactin level and conceive) wich one is more effective?
Dostinex: (cabrgoline) is the superior drug and is given twice weekly vs. The older Parlodel (bromocriptine) which is given multiple times per day and has frequent associated nausea. Not a problem: First you need to make sure you know why the level is high. If you are not having regular cycles and the medicine cannot control them, you would need something else to help you ovulate.
