If you are not having regular cycles and the medicine cannot control them, you would need something else to help you ovulate. I would like to know the differences between dostinex (cabergoline) and parlodel. (for high prolactin level and conceive) wich one is more effective?
Dostinex (cabergoline): (cabrgoline) is the superior drug and is given twice weekly vs. The older Parlodel (bromocriptine) which is given multiple times per day and has frequent associated nausea. No specific answer: It depends upon why you're taking it. If it's to lower an elevated prolactin, the dose needs to be slowly increased until prolactin level is normalized.
