More information : If pap was normal that's a good sign. Post coital bleeding often is result of abnormal pap. Possible bleeding could be from polyp or vaginal lesion/abrasion. Excess discharge can be due to BV or trichomonas. Sometimes drs have difficulty diagnosing this in clinic. I would return and ask for another round of testing. Bleeding is when you need more than one pad or tampon in 24 hours. Period is when you're bleeding during your regular time during the month.
