Pain relievers: There are several common types of pain killers, ranging from acetaminophen/paracetamol to NSAIDs to tramadol to opioids. Side effects of the last 2 include sedation & sleepiness. Plus death in overdose. Acetaminophen can be bad for liver in excess while NSAIDs are worrisome for kidney disease & stomach ulcers. Best to discuss w/patient's doctor. ...Read more
