I never miss a period it's always on time and heavy. 3 days later I get bleeding period like but light. Pregnancy tests are negative. What's wrong?
Missed cycle: It is not unusual for you to skip a cycle once a year. Even women who have regular cycles for years can get this. If you are sure your not pregnancy you will usually regulate back. If it continues then you should be seen by your doctor.
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. There is never: 100% accuracy. It is very accurate. You can repeat in a week using first morning void if you still have not had your period.
How accurate are home pregnancy tests if taken two weeks after missed period? Can I rely on their results?
HPT: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. If test is negative & you still don't have your period - consider repeating in one week with a first morning void.
When does pregnancy tests give the most accurate reading? Prior to a missed period, or after a missed period?
After missed period: Most home pregnancy tests (hpts) claim to be 99% accurate on the first day of the missed period. However, research suggests that most hpts do not always detect the very low levels of pregnancy hormone this early. Most hpts can accurately detect pregnancy 1 week after a missed period.
I took 2 pregnancy tests 9 days after my missed period and they were both negative. How accurate would this test be? When to test again?
Reassurance: You did right and can repeat it in one week. Most reliable test - blood work.
How long does it take after your first missed period for over-the-counter pregnancy tests to give an accurate result?
See Below: Home pregnancy tests can show positive as early as 3-4 days after implantation. Implantation generally occurs 6-12 days after ovulation. So if the egg was fertilized right at ovulation and you used the most sensitive home test it could be positive at 9 days. On average it is 13-14 days after fertilization/ovulation when it is positive. So, we recommend about 5-6 days after your period is missed.See 1 more doctor answer
Some pregnancy tests say the can be used a couple days before missed period is this true and how accurate will it be last period 3rd august?
Are pregnancy tests accurate if taken at night 10 days after a missed period? My 5th negative HPT was taken at 9pm 10 days after missed period.
Yes they are.: Current over the counter pregnancy tests are pretty reliable at diagnosing pregnancy, even a few days prior to a missed period. If you are 10 days late and repeated tests are negative, you're probably not pregnant. Sounds like you either didn't ovulate or had a delay. You should call your GYN.

Depends: Irregular and missed periods happen due to irregular or missed ovulations. If not pregnant you can wait up to another month or so and see if the period comes, before checking with doctor. Good wishes.
Hormonal: There are many hormonal causes for missing periods. This warrants an evaluation by a gynecologist.
Depends: A test done too soon may be negative and not rule out pregnancy. If you are more than 4-5 days past the expected date for your period, you did the test correctly, then a negative result is trustworthy. If you are not more than 4-5 days past the expected date for your period you may wish re do the test in 2-3 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
Never if pregnant: It is common to have multiple negative tests if you are not pregnant. If you are pregnant you will not have a negative test if you are doing it correctly. If you doubt the result repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were in fact pregnant then the bhcg level would rise enough for detection.
Stop already...: 4 negative tests?! You're not pregnant. Very reliable.
Pregnancy tests say you can test 4 days before missed period. Why does it work for some women and not for others?
Pregnancy tests that are made for the day of missed period does it mean anything to get a positive four days early?
Pregnant: If the pregnancy test is positive, it means you are pregnant and your period will not come in 4 days as scheduled. Start taking a prenatal vitamin if you haven't already started one and call your doctor for confirmation. If you still doubt the result, do the urine test again in a few days when your period is supposed to come.
