Impossible to say: No formula for this one. Much depends on the thigh composition. If you have an excess of fat tissue versus muscle mass it will be different. But also remember the goal should be 'slowly' losing it-- not more than 2 ibs/ month ---- initially --- then increase to 1 ib/week loss.
