Start with a consultation with an orthopedic specialist who will investigate your knee for any internal derangement. Try taking magnesium and calcium to relieve recurrent muscle cramps ...Read more

Sudden swelling on back of both my knees. A few tiny dark veins appeared on one & that leg hurts more esp w/ walking? Dizzy/tired. 33/f in shape

Popliteal swelling: While this might be something relatively benign, like a bakers cyst, it could also be something serious like a blood clot. Sitting or lying down on my side i have pain in groin area, sharp in left back area. soreness in my left calf area slower urine flow on meds for that.

Urinary tract: All sounds like an issue with urinary tract except the calf soreness. With history of enlarged prostate I would first assume you are having an issue with your prostrate, such as an infection. Prostate can cause groin and back pain. Have your urine checked and see your MD. ...Read more

Unlikely: Risk factors that increase the chance of blood clot include sitting for long periods of time (low blood flow), smoking, having personal or family history of clots, birth control or pregnancy, inflammatory diseases (eg Crohns or rheumatoid arthritis). The only way to know for sure is by ultrasound. If the pain on the left worsens or swelling begins to occur, then reasonable to see a physician. ...Read more
