I have IBS-D, when I haven't eaten for about 5-6 hours (in work) I feel nauseous, hot, sweaty then have diarrhoea for a couple hours, why is this? Xx

IBS-D: Checked for H. pylori a bacterium related to gastritis, that may be complicating. Also, check for food intolerances, and consider eating active culture yogurt or 1 probiotic a day. Domperidone causes increased GI motility which can cause diarrhea and mebeverine can also cause diarrhea. So it may be also interaction of drugs with no food to act on as well.
