Needs evaluation: May be hormonal but may be metabolic. Possible causes include hypothalamic dysfunction, hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia, early menopausal changes etc. All of these need evaluation. The flashes you have: Are not typical now but change in hormones may be creating them 4 u. Headaches provide a clue.Grind your teeth at night, have insomnia or both? If not anemic and everything ok, you could try continous ocp. Treat like pmdd, but try Cymbalta (duloxetine) 30 mg 2 weeks of the month, noerpi reuptake helps flashes more than standard ssri which may also help, cost less. Everytime i eat i feel sick. Normally its during school but it happens at home too. This past week and a half or so i always feel sick after i eat. Sometimes i get hot flashes and feel like i could pass out and throw up.
Since this has only been going on for about a week or so we can assume that you may have a mild case of stomach flu (gastroenteritis). Usually this goes away within 7-14 days. Drink plenty of water and eat a bland diet.
On the other hand more serious issues like blood glucose abnormalities (too high or low) could be a factor, anemia, dehydration, pregnancy, etc. Therefore it is a good idea to go see a doctor for a complete evaluation/testing in case there is something more serious than stomach flu going on.

As for the hot flashes and mucous discharge, this is not necessarily related to weaning your baby. Get an exam to check on these symptoms.
