A bit too young: 29 is a bit too young for the normal change of life, but early ovarian failure can certainly cause the early-menopause. Also, thyroid disease (hyperthryoidism) can cause such symptoms as well. Some medications can cause such symptoms as well. Certain pelvic infections can do this too.
