Your feet are quite complex and nocturnal discomfort, fatigue, etc...Is very common.
Change what you can during the day to prepare for the evenings. Wear supportive shoes, inserts, and sockwear during the day. Stretch hip to heel prior to slumber and use ice to massage your feet before bedtime.
