Sympathtic dysfuncti: Horner's is a complex of eye findings-lid droop, pupillary narrowing, diminished sweating - caused by a disturbance of the sympathetic nerve supply to the eye. Almost always on one side only. Can be caused by forceps for birth, tumors in the upper chest ( usually lung cancer), vascular lesions in the neck and trauma. Need to confirm: If your doctor has not found the cause, you should consider a second opinion with help from your family doctor. A neurologist can be more helpful....The cause is more likely to be in upper chest or neck. So an examination of the neck and ct scan of chest may be more useful than ct scan of the brain. ...Read more
