Kong-tv reported this morning that it has been shown that bad "friend"ships can cause serious health problems? Is this true? Kong-tv reported this story just this morning, 1-24-12, yet I can find nothing in your website to confirm it. Joyce taylor refer
I want to first advise you that I did not see the kong — tv report that you referred to. When relationships are harmful to your sense of wellness; they are some referred to as "toxic".
All relationships have ups and downs. However, if you find that you feel emotionally depleted or upset more often that you feel positive after interactions with someone, then that relationship might be toxic. Let's say you have a friendship in which the other person always wants you to do things for them and it is never reciprocated, that sounds unbalanced. Or perhaps you are in a relationship where the other person is consistently critical and unsupportive, that may be a toxic relationship. Some things are quite obviously toxic: when a person has a pattern of saying one thing to your face and other things behind your back is an example.
Over time, if a person continues to be involved in multiple toxic relationships or even one relationship that is toxic but very important in your life; it can adversely impact your emotional and physical wellness. The impact can be even greater if there is turmoil in other areas of your life.
If you aren't treated well- you may harbor feelings of sadness, anxiety, anger, fear. It may leave you confused, enraged or exhausted. Some conditions that can be impacted by our emotions include: asthma, migraine headaches, tension headaches, gastrointestinal upset such as irritable bowel syndrome. These are just a few.
The most concerning issue regarding toxic relationships is if there is abuse. If there is verbal, physical or sexual abuse that is not acceptable. If you are having trouble freeing yourself from an abusive relationship then you may need professional help.
Sometimes unhealthy relationships can adversely impact your physical health. It sounds like your physiologic reaction of having a stomach tied up in knots in a relationship that wasn't going well is a good example. The fact that you are feeling physically better since you ended that relationship is further proof. Good luck continuing to make healthy choices about the people you spend your time/ life with. ...Read more

How can I remove or even reduce cellulite from my butt, thighs I used to play kong fu but i stoped now I am not really fat 64kg, 162cm so what to do?
for a procedure that would help reduce cellulite, there is a laser treatment called cellulaze that was recently approved by the fda last year. This procedure is proven to show better results after just one session. The outcome lasts one year or longer, but you may need follow-up sessions depending on the results.

There is a red patch about an inch kong on my labia. I also discharge a lot and when I do there are clumps of white stuff in it. What could it be?
Yeast infection: This could be a yeast infection with the thick clumpy white discharge. I would try an over-the-counter yeast treatment vaginally and apply some cream to the red streak externally. If this doesn't clear up in 10 days or so I'd go to your primary care doc and have it checked! ...Read more

Home exercises: This is a unique question... I might suggest that you work at a pace that raises your heart rate. You may also want to invest in some cuff weight that you can attach to your ankles or wrist. When stationary, do calf raises. When moving from one room to the next try to skip, jump, or lunge from point a to point b. With all this said, don't forget to stretch :) hope this helps. ...Read more
Many good options: Serious depression is best treated by doctors, but exercise can help a great deal. Natural treatments like 5-HTP, SAMe, Rhodiola & the Meriva form of Curcumin are as helpful as most meds. Talking with friends, family or a pastor/minister can help. Meditation, healthy diet, B complex with the L-5-MTHF form of folate (folic acid) & a good multivit. Can also help. Avoid artificial sweeteners. Try helping others! ...Read more
Zero-calorie drinks: Drinking green tea (choose one that contains no sugar and little or no caffeine) can help with weight loss if it is substituting for other drinks that contain calories. Drinking green tea or water before a meal can also fill up the stomach somewhat, and make a person satisfied with a smaller meal. If substituting green tea for non-fat milk, one would need another source for vitamin d and calcium. ...Read more
What kind of exercise would I be able to do at home for cargo to lose weight? Maybe an exercise game for our ps3? 310lbs 5'3" female.

What is a method at home I can do like a body wrap that is simple to do at home or any other kind of remedies I can try at home to lose inches in a day?
Lots of choices: Generally, almost all the standard cleaning products that are sold in the grocery store are safe to use in the home where a toddler lives. It is important to have all the cleaning supplies shut away in cabinets where the toddler cannot get in and drink them or spill them on themselves. Standard usage, though, is generally safe. ...Read more
