Normal diet, but....: That was almost 2 weeks ago and the socket should be healed up enough by now for you to resume a normal diet. It would be wise to eat crunchy foods on the other side of your mouth for awhile longer just to be safe. Soft diet at first.: After any extraction i would recommend a softer diet until the gum heals and closes the hole. Honey bunches of oats is too hard and if it gets into the extraction socket it is likely to cause pain. Anything that breaks into hard, sharp pieces is not a good idea. Short answer, yes: Oat grains are de-husked, then heated and cooled to make oat groat--the most "raw" form you can buy. Groats are then rolled by machine or cut (steel cut). Rolled oats are okay to eat raw--they have been minimally processed making them more digestible.
