Yes and possibly : Putting off work or getting distracted and not completing in time are common in patients with adhd or add. They may recognize how difficult it is going to be, and as is human nature, put it off to the last minute. Meds can help with the focus and attention which may be enough or additional help in learning how to organize and allocate time may also be needed. ...Read more

Talk to your : Primary care physician to r/o attention deficit disorder. They will give you a questionnaire and a history and physical. There is a specific criteria from the american psychiatric association for the diagnosis. A good primary care doctor could do the initial screening and even start treatment if necessary.
