Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose the cause of your symptoms. But since you have been treated for tendonitis, it makes me wonder if you are taking Aspirin or non-steroidal anti- inflammatory medications for your pain. These can be very tough on the gastro-intestinal tract which might be a cause for vomiting. If you vomit up material that looks like coffee grinds, please seek immediate attention as this could be blood that is being vomited up. It is also not uncommon to vomit with migraine headaches.
