Home Remedy Stopped Up Ear
My ears have been ringingfor 3 days. I've tried every home remedy. I have migraine headaches everyday for the past few months and now they stopped?
Check out this link.: Consider seeing an ENT for an ear and hearing evaluation. Take care! Http://www. M.Webmd. Com/a-to-z-guides/understanding-tinnitus-basics? Page=2.
Warm Washcloth: If you prefer not to give ibuprofen, try warming a washcloth, not too hot, and having the child lay it over the affected ear. This will provide some temporary relief, repeat as needed. If you are looking for a medicine to give, then of course ibuprofen will help!See 1 more doctor answer
Debrox Drops: Cleaning with soft qutip and debrox drops every 2 weeks.
I have had tubes put in each ear twice, and now I seem to be in need of another. Is there any permanent solution? Home remedy for discomfort/pain?
Complex: Pain usually improved by tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil for short term. Need to talk to your ENT dr pre-op to see if the recurrence is an issue due to eustachian tube angulation / malformation / whatever--and if an enlarging procedure or stenting would be reasonable to try to maintain normal drainage, stop infection recurrences and prevent need for tubes a 4th time.
Soften it: Putting drops of hydrogen peroxide into each ear canal 2-3 times per week can keep the wax very soft. This way it will come out of the canal on its own over time. And never go digging with cotton swabs. You will wind up pushing more wax into the canal and creating nice wax bricks.
Likely concussion: The tinnitus and dizziness could be from a concussion especially if it is not localized to one ear. Concussion symptoms will improve over time. If it is one ear then you might have labyrinthine concussion where the force delivered to the temporal bone that houses the ear causes hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo. See ENT if just one side. More importantly is why u passed out. Discuss with pcp.
Depends: There are several types of ear infections. Inner, middle, and external or outer. You need to be specific when asking a question. The typical swimmer's ear is an outer infection. You can treat that with a 50:50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clear vinegar (acetic acid) applied with an ear syringe 2-3 times a day. If that doesn't work in 7 days, see ENT doctor.
Olive oil, garlic jui: The following home remedies have been recommended olive oil garlic juice whole onion cooked and wrapped in a piece of cloth and applied locally on the ear juice freshly squeezed from pepperment leave ginger juice etc as a matter of fact all these have been recommended and may or may not help, but if it persist you should seek medical help.
Why home remedy?: Why a home remedy? If you don't know how to cure this pain, you most likely are unsure of the actual cause. Suggest you see an ENT to diagnose the cause and offer a cure. Better than leaving it alone or searching for a home remedy. Just get seen and get it fixed.See 1 more doctor answer

What would be a good home remedy for reducing the swelling/pain of lymph nodes behind the ear? Given that there are no other symptoms.
Time: Swollen lymph nodes usually get better with time in general if you're not better in a month make it face-to-face primary care physician visit to evaluate diagnose and treat this
Ear infection: It is somewhat unusual to have an ear infection as an adult. There are several different types of ear infections, though, and this would need to be distinguished before any kind of treatment could be effectively recommended. Need a bit more information on the kinds of symptoms you are suffering. Also, you may need an evaluation to determine what kind of ear infection you have.
Hi, I have an ear ache any recommendation of home remedy or over-the-counter medication? Thank you
Ear pain: Does the ear ache when you pull on the ear lobe? If so you could have the start or a swimmer's ear. Try some alcohol in the ear canal to dry out any water that could have gotten behind any ear wax you had. Your ear could also have wax in it. If so, try some peroxide (hydrogen) and it should bubble out. You may need a bulb syringe to assist in this regard. Use warm salt water to irrigate.
What can I do for my blocked ear. My wax build up is a bit much. I need a home remedy. Do you have one?
Peroxide then flush: Generally it helps to use hydrogen peroxide to soften the wax and use a bulb syringe or waterpik to then flush it out. See http://www. Myhomeremedies. Com/topic. Cgi? Topicid=2153 for details. If the wax build-up is too much it may be beyond your ability to deal with at home and might require a doctor's visit to clear it out.
