2 possibilites: Your symptoms are non specific but they could represent an infectious issue vs an allergic issue. Based on your symptoms I would lean towards an allergic cause. You can always try an over the counter antihistamine (non-drowsy) and see if your symptoms improve. If they don't improve you should see an ENT doctor in order to address all these issues at once.

Infection or fluid: What you are describing are common symptoms of an ear infection or fluid behind the eardrum (which is likely from infection). I have a sore and itchy throat, runny and sometime stopped up noses, cold, tired feeling, and my ears hurt, is this a cold or sinuses?

Could be both.: It sounds like it could be a viral illness (cold). Many times, these upper respiratory tract infections can cause sinus inflammation and discomfort (congestion, pressure, headache). For most people, this is self limiting - no antibiotics needed. Antiinflammatories, decongestants, nasal saline irrigation can help with the symptoms. But lots of rest is the best medicine.
