Benzoyl peroxide: This is the best over-the-counter remedy. It may clear the person. If not, and if the patient is someone for whom you are responsible, please get a physician's input. All acne can be managed nowadays; it is not a lifestyle or hygiene problem. Not to act now may cause a lifetime of regret.

If you mean herbals: Herbs can fight inflammation and cleanse toxins from the joints. Devil's claw root, gingerroot, meadowsweet leaves and flowertops, and white willow bark all act as anti-inflammatory agents that can relieve pain. (aspirin contains a chemical that is the synthesized version of a substance found in meadowsweet and willow.) other helpful herbs include boswellia, capsicum, feverfew and licorice.See 1 more doctor answer

Au/coughs-and-how-to-treat-them/ to help find the best remedy to try. My favorite herb for coughs is pellargonium sidoides, sold as umcka: http://www. Umcka. Com/ for other ideas see http://www. Depends on the cause: If it's due to reflux, be sure to manage it with diet, etc. If it's due to allergies, see an allergist to determine your triggers and avoid them. If it's due to impaired drainage after taking a ball, fist or steering wheel in the face, don't try to do the corrective surgery on yourself. See your physician for help in figuring out what to do.
Good is not Best..: I have never seen a verifiable, repeatable or more effective way of remedying gout that following a well planned anti gout diet. It seems the more one strays from the safety of the diet, the probability of an attack go up. If diet alone cannot control the problem, then medications of some type, may be needed
Treat symptoms: Most colds are due to viruses and therefore do not need antibiotics. Dentist: I don't have a clue. But I wouldn't mess around with home remedies in these cases. Dental abscess, a common cause of tooth pain, can be very serious if left untreated. The infection can spread up into the brain and bad things happen. Get it checked out by a dentist, then you can take care of things simply if possible.See 4 more doctor answers
They're temporary: It depends on what the cause of toothache is! If it is due to caries, all home remedies will be temporary, since without removing the caries & restoring tooth with a restorative material will not permanently resolve toothache. On the contrary, cavity will grow, problem will get bigger, ache more, treatment more expensive, & will take more time to fix. Meantime, use oil of cloves, keep teeth clean.See 4 more doctor answers
Psoriasis remedy: There are no good home remedies for psoriasis. Do see your dermatologist or primary care physician. Do not believe in the advertisements that promise quick cures for this disorder.
