Is "light" cola good for weight loss diet? It says its 0.5kcal per can so i wonder if its healty and if i can drink 2/3 cans a week?
It's ok: It's ok to have an occasional diet or light soda. Just don't use it to replace needed water or milk ( you need 3 cups a day of milk or other dairy products for calcium). Also watch the caffeine in colas, which can cause nervousness and interfere with sleep (you need 8 hours every night at your age).
