Cataract?: If the white area is only in the pupil, it's likely a traumatic cataract. Since there was trauma, the pupil is likely traumatized and dilated. If there is white covering both the iris and the pupil, its probably some sort of residual scarring as a result of the trauma. Both would need surgical correction. ...Read more
