Not sure: .....that this syndrome really exists. Sexual functioning requires a complex coordination of disparate autonomic functions and many things can disrupt it, especially psychological factors. It is possible that the SSRI was not initially responsible for your sexual dysfunction and is not now responsible for it after its discontinuation.
