My friend has slightly big red spots on her face. She said it's the blood clot. Is there any home remedy or something of that sort?

Hold the meds!: Most rashes on the face in that age group would be a contact dermatitis -- new detergent, clothing, drooling, cold air, etc. Doubt a fungal infection (so don't use the med u have). Could be rosacea: If they are not going away and look like pimples this could be rosacea, a chronic skin condition that appears like red spots or bumps.
