REST: Take a day or 2 off after such a work out. I have found heat and gentle hour long massage by a professional. Not deep but a gentle relaxing 1. Also just give it time & it will clear. B sure Ur intake of protein & H2O is adequate during & especially after such a workout. ...Read more
