If you mean rectal seepage with diarrhea, suggest first discontinue milk, coffee and artificial sugars, given that there is no blood/weight loss/fevers or other sxs. If vaginal discharge, you certainly should see your physician to rule out infection. Because the cause of pain is unknown, recommend that you be evaluated by your obstetrician. Your OB doctor will likely be able to determine if the pain is related to pregnancy or if there may be a different cause. If this is not related to the pregnacy your gynecologist may do a consultation with another specialist. Gonorrhea or chlamydia usually are responsible, but sometimes neither one is found by testing. Or maybe you have a non-STD urinary tract infection.
