Is it a problem?: Why do u feel it needs treatment. That should not affect your ability to get pregnant. If periods are off try the pill but i guess you could artificially lengthen the luteal phase by using a Progesterone for the lat 14 days after ovulation, though it would be Progesterone not coming from the corpus luteum. Lmp 4/27;EDD 2/17. By LMP the dd would be 2/1/15.after 4 u/s the edd is between 2/8-2/17. Is this b/c of late ovulation since its still not 2/1?
Could be few reasons: It's definitely not an exact science when we're predicting EDD.It could be an ovulation that did not happen until after the standard day 14 often used for estimation.With ultrasound it's more to do with the size of the fetus-it may be measuring smaller than one would expect for an EDD of 2/1 according to how you measured at 23 weeks.They are only a week off which is not unusual. ...Read more

Due date: due dates based on ultrasound are best during the first trimester. In later trimesters they are not as good. This is due to the limitations in the accuracy of the measurements . In the 1st trimester, in fact before 10 weeks the dates are +/- less than 7 days in subsequent trimesters they are 14-21 days.
