Treated for scabies 30 hrs ago with po Ivermectin. I sanitized EVERYTHING. Just broke out w/ new itchy red bumps. Does this mean treatment failed?

I would suggest that you examine the mattress for any bed bugs. Not being insulting, we shed skin all the time and spend 8 hours a day in bed this shed skin is a cause for bed mites etc. You can wrap the mattress in a bag that prevents this, pillows as well
