Ingrown hair, not particularly sure. The area I usually shave has a spot that has grown a little hard and has a bump. No pain though.

Maybe: Hard yo day without seeing the area, but this sounds like an ingrown hair. Let the area grow out for a little while between shaving to reduced the development of these.
