None of the home remedies you'll find online (lemon juice, sleeping with your face smeared with honey) will work, and i suspect some of them are cruel pranks on folks with an already-cruel disease. Particularly if due to sun exposure, i would first make sure to be evaluated by a dermatologist to make sure there are not more concerning skin issues, before focusing on the use of products that will lessen on lighten these age spots.
