HIGH INR: Assuming you are on an anticoagulant and your inr is really 6.2, that is way above therapeutic range and would place you at risk of a serious bleed requiring intervention. If you can confirm that your inr is indeed 6.2, i would recommend going to a different er as soon as possible for another opinion.
