Find a better Dr: Are you ALLERGIC to aspirin? Sensitive people get asthma, coughing, or hives from it. Gastritis due to prostaglandin inhibition is a function of dose. Taking 4 adult size aspirin daily will cause stomach symptoms in many people. Taking a large dose makes no sense. If you are allergic to it, avoid it. Why diphenhydramine? H pylori: Just started treatment or completed treatment?
