Whenever I pass stool some amount of semen discharge from penis. Sometimes thin & sometimes thick. Is it normal or any treatment required?
Mucus: I tend to believe that the discharge from the penis is mucus and not semen. This would indicate an inflammation/infection of the urethra especially if some burning on urination occurs. 3 yo and diarrhea: Has she been on antibiotics - if so - probably best to take her to a doctor to be checked if not and if this an acute issue - probably the best is to put her on a clear liquid diet - apple juice, jello, gatorade or pedialyte or water ice is fine. Acute or chronic?: I am very concerned if your constipation is relatively acute, ;/or associated with fever, nausea, vomiting, bleeding.
