TMJ pain, Dr says its muscle spasm dt bruxism. What are good at home treatments to relieve spasm and pain?
My treatment: I am not a fan of today's current treatment for TMJ with muscle spasm and pain. If bruxism is the primary complaint, then a mouth piece may help when sleeping, but they can be expensive. I have treated TMJ disease with success by activating the built-in pain relief mechanism of the skin, with great success.
