Enzymes, diet etc.: Gas & bloating is usually due to not fully digesting your foods. Chew your food very well. Avoid foods that are more difficult to digest- this will require experimenting- fodmap is a diet which may be worth trying. Digestive enzymes may help. Probiotics may help as well.
