Maybe!: If your man boobs are simply adipose tissue, probably. However, if due to high estrogen levels in blood, usually not. Obesity causes high Estradiol in men. Also, taking excess testosterone can increase breast tissue, by being converted to Estradiol by cyclic aromatase.

No: You will likely find that unless the increased breast size is caused by adipose tissue, that diet and exercise will not change the size/shape of your breast. If persistent, surgical intervention may be helpful. Gynecomastia is often best treated with partial excision of the prominent glandular tissue as well as liposuction surgery of the peripheral chest area.

Doubtful: This sounds like a sprained muscle/tendon, and should improve with time and ice andanti-inflammatories and avoidance of aggravating activities. If symptoms do not improve with time, then see a physician to evaluate for possible less common causes such as a disc herniation.

One way to approach: Pectoralis implants are generally solid silicone block implants which tend to feel much more firm than natural pec muscles. Pectoralis implants are similar to the ones used for buttock or calf implants. There are advantages and disadvantages to these type of implants and tend to have higher complication rates. Do your homework; all cosmetic procedures come with pros and cons, risks.

Make sure sleeping: At night, not tensing up, need deep wave sleep for muscle 2 relax so bld can get there 4 repair. If no apnea, Clonazepam can help but u gotta improve pain lest spasm from top down slow process of healing. Tramadol is partial opiod agonist, cheap, and increases seratonin and norepinephrine over a few days to improve pain filter, anxiety, mood, 50 mg 2 2x per day, 200 mg, divided doses, and time.

Chest pain: Always means a trip to the doc or the emergency room to rule out any medical conditions. After that consider a mental health professional to teach you stress management techniques. GERD may be part of the picture and your doc can help w/that. A natural approach is the use of DGL supplement. Peace and good health.

Probably not: The straining of constipation need not involve chest muscles. If you will contine taking opiod, PREVENT constipation by taking senna (perhaps with stool softener such as doc usage). Opioids almost always cause constipation, and cathartics should routinely be taken with them.
