Relax: Stress is bad for your heart. Negative EKG is reassuring but does not have predictive value for future events. A negative stress echo is a good indication of low risk of heart attack in next several years. No test is 100%. Consider your risk factors for heart disease. Ive had echo stress test urine and blood testing 30 day event monitor holter monitor EKG and nothin but pvcs/pac but i had several in a row last night?

Palpitations?: I think you mean you had several "skipped beats" or feelings of palpitations last night? Be sure and tell your doc or cardiologist but I can't see this being a problem if event monitor and Holter came back OK. Make sure to eliminate ALL stimulants including caffeine. VTach: Ventricular Tachycardia can be caused by coronary artery disease, hypertension, abnormalities of electrolytes. Seems were in the ER for a cardiac rule out and evaluation of your cardiac function.
